• What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept various payment methods via HitPay, including local online banking and credit/debit cards (Visa & Mastercard). We also do accept manually local bank transfer and PayNow via Wise app. All payment details will be listed at checkout page. 

 

• Do you accept return/refunds? 

No, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please be sure of your purchase and the delivery address that you have listed are accurate before checkout! If you have any problems regarding your order, please email your name and your order number to 1harrispotteris@gmail.com. 


• Any option for gifting my purchase? 

You can include a note under the 'Order Special Instructions' text box during checkout or contact me via email to address it.

For gifting options/requests, I can:

  • Include a message on the back of any art prints/post cards purchased 
  • Pack your order nicely for gifting


• When will I received my order? 

The average processing time is 3-5 business days.

• How do I track my order?

• Are your stickers waterproof? 

Yes, all the stickers are printed either on PP Matte, PET transparent or with Glitter Lamination which are all water-resistant sticker paper. 


• Where do you print your products? 

No, I will not share my material & printing suppliers as it took me months (some of them years) of research, experiment, many trial and errors to perfect the quality outcome today. Thanks for understanding. 


• What is Grade A and Grade B? 

Grade A

Grade B
Typical quality with no flaws in printing, materials or mechanism. Some minor, yet noticeable printing/material/mechanism errors may slightly affect the design. However, they remain charming and functional.


• Care instructions to maintain the items longevity. 

 Accessories
  • AVOID contact with any liquid (eg. water, body sweat, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals) to prevent tarnishing or chemical damage.

  • Can clean using a soft dry cloth.

  • Recommend to store in a cool, dry place.

 

 Socks
  • Make sure to flip the socks inside out to wash, iron and dry.

  • HAND WASH is recommended.

  • AIR/SUN dry is recommended.

  • AVOID using bleach or any harsh chemicals.

  • FOLD the socks instead of rolling it to avoid damaging the elasticity.

 

 Bag
  • AVOID expose to excessive moisture and direct sunlight.

  • Can clean/wipe with damp cloth.

  • PREFERABLY HAND WASH if you wish to wash it, flip the bag inside out to air/sun dry.

  • AVOID using bleach or any harsh chemicals.
